In-stock items are shipped within 2–3 weeks of placing your order.
Pre-ordered items
If a size is out of stock you can still pre-order it. The date shown is our estimate of when we will despatch it to you — our supplier tells us when the garment is next due back in their warehouse, it takes around 5 days to reach us, and we then personalise it, so despatch is normally 7 to 10 days after that date. The 2–3 week window above does not apply to pre-ordered items.
We will not hold up the rest of your order. Anything ready sooner is sent first and your pre-ordered item follows in a later parcel, at no extra delivery charge. If you chose home delivery, note that we make one delivery to your home address — later parcels go to the UEA post room for collection. More about pre-orders
Personalised and custom products cannot be returned.
We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of your return being approved.
